When you send an inquiry or a message we collect your name, your contact details (email, and a phone or WhatsApp number if you give one) and whatever you tell us about the trip you want: dates, party size, budget range and the places you are interested in.

The forms also carry a hidden field that catches automated spam. Nothing you type goes into it.

With each inquiry we store three technical details, used only to keep the form usable and to spot spam: the page you were on when you wrote to us, your browser's user agent string, and the IP address the message came from.

We use it to reply to you and to plan your safari. Your message is stored on our website and emailed to the Savanna Soul Safaris team in Arusha so a person can answer it.

If you book, we share only what a camp, lodge or park needs to hold your booking. We never sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

We set a session cookie that keeps the site and your form submission secure. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies.

Email info@savannasoulsafaris.com and ask, and we will delete what we hold about you. You can also ask us for a copy of it, or ask us to correct it. We answer these promptly.
